SSW is an Australian-based company specializing in software development, consulting, and training services. SSW has 6 offices with over 100 employees who regularly host and attend events.

SSW Rewards is a social mobile application designed to generate interest and connection between internal staff and external users, especially during event.

The Challenge

“Revamp the existing SSW Rewards app to make it more engaging for internal staff and external users who are interested in the technology used by SSW on a daily basis”

 

Apart from giving the existing design a facelift, we also addressed several customer journey issues and improved the user experience by facilitating workshops and iterative design reviews with product owners, solution architects and the extended design team.

The Process

We followed a lean UX process that emphasised on efficiency, collaboration, and a focus on delivering value quickly to the product owners. Apart from being lean, the process was highly iterative with design sprints running weekly.

SSW Rewards Admin

The Admin section of the SSW Rewards App was also given a minor facelift with some UX improvements.
A major overhaul of the Admin section is planned for the future.
