Do you Include screenshots with Figure descriptions?

The purpose of this communication guideline is to ensure clarity, accessibility, and effective dissemination of information through the inclusion of screenshots and figure descriptions in relevant documentation, presentations, and communications.

 

Guidelines:

Include screenshots – Screenshots should be included in communication materials where visual representation aids understanding or instruction.

Figure Descriptions – Under every screenshot, include a concise and informative description.

  1. Can you make them consistent so the menu does not change sizes between the pages?
